Description
Any person afflicted with any contagious, infectious, or communicable disease who willfully exposes itself or herself to another person may be charged with Willful Exposure to Infections and Disease.
What does the prosecutor have to prove?
1. Defendant is afflicted with any contagious, infectious, or communicable disease.
2. Defendant willfully exposed himself or herself to another person. or
2. Defendant willfully exposed another person afflicted with disease to someone else.
Punishment
Misdemeanor: 0-180 days
