Description
Grand Theft is committed when money, labor or real or personal property taken is of a value exceeding $950. For fruit or other farm crops or fish or aquaculture products, a theft of property of value of $250 or greater may be charged as a felony.

1. Defendant took by theft money, labor, or real or personal property from another.
2. The value of said money, labor, or real or personal property taken exceeded nine hundred fifty dollars ($950.00).
