Supervising or Aiding a Prostitute | Penal Code § 653.23

Description

It is unlawful to direct, supervise, recruit, or otherwise aid another person in the commission of prostitution, including monitoring, engaging in conversation to solicit or facilitate, or receives or appear to receive money for acts of prostitution. Violators may be charged with Supervising or Aiding a Prostitute.

1. Defendant directed, supervised, recruited, or otherwise aided another person in the commission of a violation of Penal Code Section 647(b) or Penal Code Section 653.22(a).
