Multiple DUIs: No Jail Time

Client is deaf and was arrested and charged with a DUI (Vehicle Code §§ 23152 (a) and (b)), his third DUI within ten years. He was looking at jail time for a second DUI conviction. Instead, we were able to convince the court to convert that jail time into home detention, while getting appropriate accommodations for the client’s disability.
