Client is a massage therapist and was initially the suspect of sexual assault after a misunderstanding with a patient during an appointment. After a thorough investigation into the allegations, discussions with the detective assigned and the prosecutor, Mr. Griffin was able to prevent any charges from being filed and the case was rejected for prosecution.
