Assault Likely to Produce Great Bodily Injury: Charges Reduced

Client was involved in a group altercation outside a bar in Pacific Beach, resulting in a victim being sent to the hospital. He was charged with felony assault by means to cause GBI (Penal Code § 245(a)(4)). We were able to avoid jail time and get the felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor.
