Possession and Transportation of a Controlled Substance: Sentence Reduced

Client was charged with two felony counts of transporting/selling a controlled substance (Health and Safety Code §§ 11352(a) and 11351) in Riverside County. He was arrested with several kilograms of heroin. Client had an underlying medical condition that we were able to address in regard to his sentence. We were able to reach a plea deal where the client only had to spend two weeks in jail.
