3rd DUI – No Jail Time
Client was charged with his 3rd DUI while on probation for his 2nd DUI. DA wanted jail time, but Mr. Griffin was able to convince the court that rehab and an outpatient program would be more suitable for Client. Client successfully completed rehab and case was concluded.
