Civil Case for Battery: Dismissed

Client was involved in a bar fight at Hooters in Vista, CA. No criminal charges for battery (Penal Code § 242) were filed. The other party sued for personal injury. After an aggressive deposition of the Plaintiff, exposing his lies about his injuries, and exposing the unethical work from his attorneys, we were able to get the entire civil matter dismissed with prejudice.
