Recent Wins

Client was charged with importing a controlled substance over the border (United States Code §§ 952 and 960) from Mexico to the United States by hiding the drugs in a tire under his work vehicle. Due to the government’s lack of proof that the client knew there was a spare tire under his company vehicle carrying narcotics and that he participated in the concealment of those narcotics, the case was dismissed.
