DUIs: Dismissed & Expunged

Client came to us after she was informed by the HR department of her new dream job that they could not hire her due to a prior conviction and pending case. We were able to get her DUI (Vehicle Code §§ 23152(a) and (b)) case dismissed, convictions expunged and she was hired and is thriving in her new job.
