DUI: Charges Dropped

Client was arrested for a DUI (Vehicle Code §§ 23152(a) and (b)) after leaving a bar in Pacific Beach and pulling over so his passenger could get out of the vehicle on the side of the road. The CHP office pulled up behind our client’s vehicle. A breath test showed that our client was under the legal limit, yet he was still booked for a DUI. All charges were dropped.
