Description

Criminal charges for Disability Placard Forgery or Fraud may be filed when a person, to avoid compliance with vehicle registration requirements, and without lawful permission or need, displays a disability or other special parking placards.

1. Defendant, altered, forged, counterfeited or falsified a certificate of ownership, registration card, certificate or license.
2. Defendant did so with the intent to prejudice, damage, or defraud.
